Join us in celebrating the release of SPUD #5, Ellen Mandemaker’s magazine about and with the potato! During this four-day manifestation, Mandemaker will present her new and final issue of Spud, designed by Wouter van Tilborg, and look back on her seven-year fascination with this humble but delightful vegetable. EAT Collective joins the event with Facing the Potato. Experience and contribute to their knoedel machine, activated daily and in constant flux - an exploration of the potato in all its peculiar potential!
A full program will be presented soon, but the event will be bookended by the kick-off of the knoedel machine on Thursday, and an artist talk and celebratory fries on Sunday at 15.00. Come share the potato experience with us!
